At Oui Babe, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
